The meeting will take place online on the following Zoom-link. This is where all communication in the meeting will take place. This link will also be available from the DENTASA Website on Saturday.

Attendance and Voting platform:
Registration and voting will take place on the MeetingPal app – a digital voting system, that can be used for both online and physical meetings. We advise that members use their phone to register on the app. Think of MeetingPal as your voting button/voting card that can conveniently be used from your iPhone or Android Phone whilst remaining in the Video Call during the meeting.

Clients can access this system by downloading the MeetingPal mobile app or via a webpage on www.meetingpal.app. All that is required, is to use the registered voting email address listed with DENTASA to register on MeetingPal. If you register on the app, you can choose your own password that you must remember for future.

Please remember that the Zoom-meeting and MeetingPal app are two different platforms, and you must be registered on both. That is why we advise to use your laptop / computer for the Zoom-meeting and your phone to vote on the MeetingPal app.
