Employment Contracts

As part of our ongoing quest to provide you with good service and all necessary information pertaining to your business in Dental Technology we also offer two employment contracts free of charge to our members. Non-members will pay a fee of R100 per contract.

Basic Employment Contract: Compiled by a Labour Lawyer in accordance with the basic service conditions and can be used for all auxiliary personnel.

This contract will be emailed or posted to you on request and can be used as many times as required by you.

Dental Technician's Employment Contract: Compiled by an attorney of the High Court.

DENTASA owns the copyright of this document and I will need the full names and ID number of the Technician it will be used for. A contract with a unique number will then be emailed or posted to you.
