Credit card payment

To use our secure shopping cart (Setcom) to pay for CPD credits, please keep the following handy to complete the transaction:

1. Card holder name, card number, expiry date and CVV2 number (the last three numbers indent printed on the back of the signature panel)
2. Card holder’s name and address.

3. Card holder’s identity number.

4. Telephone number (work/home and cell phone).

5. E-mail address.

Set Dentasa up as a beneficiary in your online banking facility (see our banking details below). Once your electronic transaction is complete, make a printout of the page confirming payment and fax it to Dentasa at 012 460 9481. Alternatively make a screen dump of the confirmation page and e-mail to dentasa@absamail.co.za.

Once we receive proof of payment your questionnaire will be marked.
